MAPA was just contacted by someone who owns business property in Millinocket. The CPA who has been renting the property is closing his practice and has not bothered to find a buyer for the practice or make any other business transition arrangements. Of course the landlord would like to have another accountant take the space as it would probably not require any remodeling, etc. for that to happen. He believes that the retiring CPA has about 350 business clients. If you have any interest, we can give you the contact information for the landlord.
